GPU Acres has no accounts, no sign-up, no email list and no analytics. This page lists the little data that exists and what you can do about it.
What is processed

Legal basis
Server logs rest on legitimate interest (security and operation). The optional local storage entry rests on your consent, which you can withdraw from "Cookie preferences" in the footer.
Third parties
The site is served by a hosting provider that processes request logs on our behalf. Your wallet talks to the Robinhood Chain RPC directly. The index is computed from Vast.ai and RunPod public data; no personal data is sent to them. No data is sold or shared for advertising.
Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, to object to processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. Onchain data cannot be erased by anyone. To use these rights, contact the operator through the GPU Acres account on X; we answer within 30 days.
Transfers
The hosting provider may process logs outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses.
