Recompute a GPU index point

Paste the raw snapshot hash of any posted point (from the index table). This page fetches the snapshot, hashes the exact bytes with keccak256, rebuilds the median from the Vast.ai offers and the two RunPod prices, and reads the posted price from the GpuIndex contract.
